  • We have developed a system that allows you to design, edit and approve stationery using our online templates. However if you would prefer to have one of the Loving Tribute team create the order for you in the system, please contact us on 01600 775350 or email info@lovingtribute.co.uk for further information.
  • Please ensure that if you decide to use one of the Loving Tribute team to create your stationery you provide the correct information to allow for our team to complete the order. Please allow up to 3 days for this service.

    This includes:

    • Name of Deceased
    • Date of Birth
    • Date of Death
    • Location, date and time of the Service
    • Order of Service content
    • Photographs for order in .png or .jpg format.
  • If you wish to have an Order of Service specially designed by one of our Design Team there is an additional charge for this service and a lead time of 3 days. Please contact a member of our team on 01600 775350 or email info@lovingtribute.co.uk for further information.
  • Orders created via our online system must be approved by 12pm for delivery within 2 working days. We cannot guarantee delivery outside of this. Express delivery can be arranged at an additional charge for urgent orders. Please contact one of our team on 01600 775350 or email info@lovingtribute.co.uk for further information.
  • Final proof checks are the responsibility of you, the customer. Customers should not rely on a member of the Loving Tribute team to check spelling, grammar and content.
  • Delivery is free for all orders over £60. For orders below the value of £60.00 after applicable discounts have been applied, there is a delivery charge of £10.00.
